TEAM INSURANCE
Provide proof of insurance and add SWATourneys as additional insured. Upload the policy before the tournament starts.
PROOF OF AGE
Have an acceptable copy of each player's birth certificate or other legal proof-of-age record available during the event. Hospital records are not accepted.
ARRIVE EARLY
Have the team present and ready to play 30 minutes before the scheduled game time.
PAYMENT / CHECK-IN
If tournament entry fees will be paid at the field, check in with the Tournament Director on arrival. Fees must be paid before the team plays.
ROSTER FREEZE
A team cannot add players after its event has started. The published handbook states the roster freezes once a pitch has been thrown in the team's first game.
