REFUND
POLICY.
Tournament withdrawal and weather-cancellation credit policy.
Important: All refunds are issued as credit toward future tournaments. There are no gate refunds for events cancelled due to weather.
Two-day tournaments.
Full credit
Team withdraws before the schedule is posted, or SWAT cancels the tournament and no games have been played.
50% credit
Team withdraws after the schedule is posted, or withdraws after starting or completing one game.
No credit
Team forfeits, is disqualified, or has played two or more games.
One-day tournaments.
Full credit
Team withdraws before the schedule is posted, or SWAT cancels the tournament and no games have been played.
50% credit
Team withdraws after the schedule is posted.
No credit
Team forfeits, is disqualified, or has played one or more games.
SWAT reserves the right to convert any two-day tournament into a one-day tournament and reserves the right to change its refund policy.
